Best Buy Golf Supply is all set up with a slick website, promoting their products and their EXCELLENT customer service, when in fact they are set up to take your money, and not deliver on product and customer service.
Call their number they have a recording, "We have been inundated with so many orders that you will have to email us at [email protected] to inquire about your order", if you do that, they will never get back to you. If you act like you are interested in placing an order at [email protected] they will get right back to you because they haven't got your money yet.
Once these thieves have your money, they could not care less about you. These thieves should be in jail and if they were close enough, I'd be on their doorstep to give them an attitude adjustment.
Businesses should not treat customers this way and I will do my best via the internet and all the resources it provides to warn consumers about the shady business practices at Best Buy Golf Supply.
I will be in contact with legal authorities in California and in Orangeville, CA, I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau and with the local news stations and consumer advocates in their area. They will not treat customers in this manner and get away with it.
