My order was placed on November 6 with the promise that the order would be processed in 3-5 days plus the shippping time. I have sent several emails that go unanswered. I placed my order through a site using the company name Golf Equipment Inc.
However, when my order was taken, the confirmation came back from Best Buy Golf Supply so any buyers may want to beware of either company name.
Their website displays the BBB symbol and I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB. At this point, I don't believe the company has any intention of sending any product and hopefully I can stop any payment through the credit card company.
