Ordered Air Xplosion Driver on Golf Technologies's web site for $99.99 plus $20.24 shipping on December 19. Watched TV commercial that day.
My Discover Card paid 'ALLCLUB GOLF 800-370-0830 PA' $120.23 on December 20.
Club was to be received in 4 to 6 weeks. Did not receive golf club, so called Golf Technologies on Feb. 22. Told club order did not come in, should be one more week. Called 3-8-05,3-16-05,3-22-05 same response.
Received damaged club 3-28-05. Told to send damaged club back, they would pay shipping charges. Sent damaged club on 4-5-05.
Shipping charges were $13.05. Called 4-8-05, told they had received damaged club and replacement club would be shipped in one week.
No club received. Called 4-20-05, told would be about 2 weeks. Called 5-3-05, told club backordered. Called 5-18-05, told not much longer. Called 5-26-05, told didn't have club yet. She couldn't ship something she didn't have. Asked to speak to a manager, told they didn't speak to customers. I would have to deal with her. Told her she wasn't helping me.
Called 6-7-05, told return orders were now being handled at Phone# 1-602-650-5550, as of that week. Called that phone# with no success to speak to anyone.
Have been sending e-mails most every day with no response from their 'Support Team'.
Have contacted the Attorney General of Arizona, Channel 5's
I-team, and Discover Card to try to get help.
I recommend that you do not do business with Golf Technologies.
You will be RIPPED OFF!!!
