Ordered a sequin dress from kamishade.com. Received a dress missing multiple lines of sequins. When complained to get a new dress I was told they didn't have anymore of that design.
I told them I just wanted my money back cause I now was in a rush to get a dress for a important occasion. They only offered store credit to purchase another horrible dress from a company that only has one person in which you can voice complaints in which he was very rude and lacked sincerity about my issue.
When I asked to speak to the designer he stated that the designer does not speak with the customers. I sent back the dress and never received a refund and the company was just fine with how upset I was and dissatisfied with them. Just shows how bad the customer relations are at this place!
