I ordered a dress through a company, and when I paid, the receipt came through FashionPay. I then received an email from the company I ordered from who told me my dress was not available, and offered me some other choices. I chose another dress, but when it arrived, it was neither my first or second choice. When I asked for the correct dress and an address to return the wrong dress, I was told that I would have to order and pay again to get the right dress. I went to FashionPay to see if they would help, and they respond, but keep telling me that the seller will be in touch. They have not. Now I am out all that money, have an ugly dress, and am very discouraged.
