I ordered bridesmaid dresses through dressale.com. They came very quickly but they are terrible! They do not look like the dress I ordered and the quality is horrible. There is visible stitching on the bust of the dress; some of the stitches are even green on a purple dress! The zipper (which wasn't even visible on the dress I ordered) is pink and very visible on the back of the dress I received. There is ruching on the bust of the dress which was also not on the picture of the dress I ordered. I am trying to return the items to get a refund. This was their response to me:
"hi miss
we make the dress by copy the picture, it will be 90% similar like the picture, ma'dm, maybe you are a person who pursuit of perfection, so you have over high expectation of the dress, as a result, this dispute is no way to be avoided. About the sash and veil..."
I would have been satisfied if the dress was remotely wearable but the quality was so bad I couldn't use these dresses.
