Dear Sir,
We received one phone that was broke. One phone that would not lock in on signal. Conntacted customer service sent phones back. Requested refund. Liberty Wireless sent a replacment phone that was broke. Called customer servoce agian. Still requesting refund for such phones. And todate I am still getting the run around on when money will be returned. Orignal contract was for two phones on a shared plan. With one activation fee.instead Liberty sent two serpated phones and billed my checking account twice.
