Around JUNE. 2004 I ordered a Liberty Wireless package from a TV show. The package included two cell phones many accessories.
The Librety Wireless Representative and TV Host said several things that were very misleading about free weekends and free evening service and other matters.
I never understood how Liberty Wireless air time minutes worked. The minutes on both phones were "eaten" up very fast without any reasonable explanation. They would not allow me to register and use one phone. They said I had to buy air time for both phones each month whether I used the second phone or not. When I asked about tne free evening and free weekends Liberty Wireless told me that was for other plans not my plan.
This whole package cost me over $200.00 plus about another $200.00 in air time purchase. I started to complain to both, the shopping show and Liberty Wireless about the misleading words, poor service and the over $400.00 rip-off but I became ill and I am still recovering.
I would not recommend Liberty Wireless to my worst enemy. Liberty Wireless, in my opinion, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do rotten business and give very poor service. They have ripped me off and I can least afford that. I am a senior citizen disabled and I survive on less than $600.00 a month. I can not afford to loss kind of money.
