Fannie May Confections website totally inefficient and infuriating

I have often ordered from Fannie May confections. I have come to dread using their website as it is inefficient and obtuse. Today however, I was outraged by the runaround. #1: I was informed that my password was not valid. I know my password and have used it many times. #2: I was told that my credit card security code was wrong, this despite the fact that I used this card (with the same numbers) may times on this site, #3: the website does not cite product numbers so that the customer service dept - which I finally called in desperation - could not identify items in my order. #4: Though I asked that the supervisor of the FM website call me to discuss matter, I have not been contacted.

Today is my one day off this week. I have now spent almost 2 hours on an order that should have taken 3 minutes. Why didn't I cancel? Because it is for a granddaughter who wants to serve FM at her party.
