I recently had an issue with some of the merchandise that I purchased through sportsmemorabilia.com. I called to make a complaint, and Francis, listened to what I was upset with and worked with me and my issue. She was exceptional, and was very understand, as well as extremely helpful with returning/reordering my new merchandise. Thanks Francis!!!
