Loyal customer with DISH NETWORK for over 5 years, when I chose to cancel I was instructed to "Mail" their equipment, when I inquired about Dish sending me a pre-paid shipping label I was informed that I had 2 options, Dish would send me a shipping label; however the cost would be debited out of my checking account, or I could use other mailing services. The bottom line the consumer has to pay. Dish would not send a Dish employee to retrieve their equipment nor would they allow the consumer to drop off their equipment to a Dish Location.
