Dish Network not compatible with TIVO - DISH NETWORK

I ordered Dish after I was promised that it is compatible with TIVO. It is not. I confirmed this with one of technicians that came to my house. I tried to cancel my contract, and they said it would cost $400 to do this. Very unhappy consumer. Now I am stuck with Dish for 2 years.
