Signed up for Dish Network back in May 2007 & now we are finding out that Dish Network charges their customers $50 for a tech to come out if there is issues w/a piece of their equipment. And when I say an issue, I mean an issue that I did not cause. Why would I pay for a company to come out & fix a piece of THEIR equipment that I pay a monthly lease fee for. To me, that makes no sense. This fee was NEVER disclosed to me, & Dish Network themselves cannot even find that fee in their contract, but yet they keep saying its in their contract. I want to know where in the contract it states that & Dish Network can't even find it in their own contract! So now we are stuck on a 3-way call with a manager from Dish Network & a manager at AT&T (our phone provider that contracts w/Dish Network) trying to resolve the issue. AT&T says the fee is disclosed in the Dish Network contract & Dish Network states its in paperwork that AT&T is suppose to provide us. AT&T states they don't send out any paperwork to send us. So we are stuck in a 3-way conference call between the 2 companies from hell! All we want is to be shown where this hidden fee is stated & be done with it.
