Last weekend I took my granddaughter shopping for school clothes at Hollister. The employee on the floor was very attentive and helpful. However, when checking out the employee behind the desk needs some customer service training.instead of greeting us and taking our clothes she proceeded to talk to another employee who came up and they started discussing how long they had been at work and their schedules.in the meantime my granddaughter and I were left standing there. I told my granddaughter that this is not what you are doing when you are at work. Please provide customer service training for your employees. I know of 2 of them that desperately need it.
