I NEED a phone number where I can register a complaint and be heard and get a response. ONLY being able to contact someone online is not helpful... At all!!! Totally unsatisfying. I want assurance that my concern will be addressed. The manager of a local Hollister store did not seem responsive to my concern with extremely poor customer service, which resulted in a lost sale.
