Me and my family went shopping in hollister store insanford florida. Store number#30659. Very bad customer service the manger said his name allen. Allen was very rude he called security in the store to follow me and my family around. He wouldnt talk to us even when we proceeded to the counter with 380.00 dollars in merchandise. I asked to speak to a manager about his rude and very poor customer service he went to the back left the counter unattended and returned ten min later to say that he was the manager at the time. That employee should be replaced with someone with better customer service tactics. U will neva shop at another hollister store because that experience was to much for me. I really pray that hollister start training there employees to treat paying customers with respect. Ive been a corporate manger for twenty years and i have neva encounterd a more under trained very unprofessional employee like allen in my twenty years of business.
