I wanted to share how pleased I am with the customer service I received from Joe at Sportsmemorabilia.com. I had ordered 2 items for my husbands birthday but had only received one by UPS. I checked the UPS website and it said delivery made-one item. Same with the store website. I got worried because the second item was expensive. I emailed joe (whose name I got from the store website) and explained what happened. Do you know I had an email back in 2 minutes? That is unheard of to me. He asked me to call him at a certain number, so I did. I explained in more detail what happened. He said not to worry, that alot of their items ship from different warehouses and so it may take longer for one item to arrive. He said he would look into it 1st thing the next morning and have an email to me right away. Well, I had to work the next morning and when I got home there was my package. I checked my email and there was Joe's email saying he had checked and my package was out for delivery that day! I do quite a bit of online shopping. Two things will cause me to never shop at a place again. One would be the website being hard to navigate-meaning you can't go back to the page you were on, your cart emptied on its own, you can't find out the shipping cost without ordering first, when you search for an item, you get something different; The website just isn't set up well. The second one would be trying to get someone from the company to help you and not getting an answer, or the person is unhelpful and rude.
Sportsmemorabilia.com is a great website, and I wish every shopping experience I had would be like the one handled by Joe. He was so polite and understanding. He was not impatient. He followed through on everything he said he would do, and resolved my worries very very quickly.
