I Luis orders parts from this online (1autoparts.com) store on Sept. 8 in the value of about $335 dollars. As days went in i sent emails asking about product, but never got a response. So as time went on spoke with many workers and owner of the business and that said that they will refund me the money back. As the a couple of days went bye spoke with the manager and she also said it is in the mail in many occassions.
In one occasion they asked me to send a fax saying that i will not report this problem i recieve the refund back in 5 to 7 business days. As the story goes never recieved the refund. Then after a couples of times of calling and getting the same result the owner gave me a chance to speak with him again and said that they might going out of business but he still will send me the refund back. Many days went by and spoke with him and many of his employees and they said it is in the mail. It is know March 30 and still know refund but I do not understand is that I paid with a bank credit card and all they had to do is credit back to my account.
