Ripped me off $137.71 USD

I ordered two items from their website on November 12 and paid for them via PayPal. I received my tracking number, (ee26730228cn) and the package in the guranteed 5-7 business days. When I opened the package it only contained one item and the item that was in the box was incorrect.

I contacted them via email and explained the situtaion and asked how to return the item and what is the status of my other item. I received a return email asking me if I could sell the incorrect item and order another one. I sent them an email asking them to send my original order along with an RMA Label and that I would ship the item incorrectly sent back to them. I received an email that it was against their company policy to do this and that if I sent the item back abd provided them with a tracking number that they would reimburse me for the cost of shipping and provide me with a new tracking number for my package.

I sent the item UPS Expidited (tracking# 1Z2933676750699325) on December 4 and provided them with both scans of my shipping note and the tracking number for the package. I received a return email stating that the shipping was too high and that other customers have returned items for $20.00 USD.

My package arrived in Xiamen China on 12/11 and was scheduled for delivery. I received a call from UPS requesting the phone number and email address of the company which I provided. Over the next nine days, UPS attempted to deliver the package, contact the company via phone and email and were either refused or ignored. I received a call from UPS on 12/21 stating that they have exhausted all attempts to deliver the package and that they could send it back, but that I would have to pay for it to be sent.

I have sent several emails (five daily) and have attempted to contact them on live chat from their website. I received one email response stating that they haven't received my package. I returned an email asking why they are refusing my package and haven't received any more information from them. When I attempt to use the chat service, they ignore me and eventually disconnect the chat session.

Basically they screwed up by sending me the incorrect item and now are preoceeding to rip me off $137.71 USD as well as two Christmas gifts for my son. These people are rip off artist and the sad part is that PayPal stands behind them leaving you with no recourse because they provided you with a tracking number, (been down that road as well).

PS: I also had a friend order an item from their website and they were also sent the wrong item as well.
