Purchased an extended warranty service plan from Federal Warranty Service Corp for a Maytag dryer. The dryer was replace due to excessive repairs under the 1 year warranty period. Cancelled the extended service contract since I no longer had the dryer. They refused to refund the amount paid for the extended warranty and claimed that a repair was made on the dryer. No repairs were ever made under the extended warranty plan and they will not provide any proof of the repair. They claim they paid for a service call that never happened. Wrote several letters and called for an explanation but they will not repsond. A completely fraudulent and disreputable company.
