This is my second report to your site hopeing you can help me. I have filed a report with the better bussiness beauro, and the business ignored their letter. I ordered a ring from this company on Nov, 29th, it had to be returned for sizing. This was done in Jan, and was told itwould be sent out with in two weeks. I waited over a month and called again and was told they were very busy moving and unpacking and again was told it would be mailed with in a week. I still have not received the ring. With shipping and handling was over 100. Oo$. I am a 71 year old senior citizen on a fixed in come. I have my phone bills with many calls made to this company with no replys, any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated...
