I ordered a silver IOMC ring for father on Nov 27. The a week later he got out of club for them being shady and corupt. I contacted and emailed the online bussiness for refund stating everything that had happened. It also stated on there site u must be a member and they will check first before processing, but they did not. After numerious emails the lady of the bussiness that was listed on there site never once replied. I never got shipping confirmation, order status, or anything. So now its Jan. 28 still nothing. No product, no apologies, no contact attempt or emails on there part.
After filing a online BBB report and contacting credit card company of there bogus practices then and only then when my credit card company got my info they credited back a temp amount until they could dispute it with this shady bussiness then the lady emailed them and said no refunds, that the product was on backorder and then she said she tried numerious times to contact me witch was all lies she couldnt produce her emails to me either.
