On Nov. 2011 I ordered a custom made ring for a christmas gift. The ring arrived a week late and was the wrong size. I called the site and spoke to some one who was very nice, promised to resize the ring and add additional symbols at no charge. I was told it would arrive in 3 or 4 weeks, after 2 months I called to inquire about the ring and was told they were in the process of moving and the ring would be sent out within the week. That was the begenning of March and after 4 unanswered phone calls and requests to credit my account, I have hard nothing from this company. Please help or advice what a next step should be. Thank you
