I ordered a golden ring with diamonds and paid for it 188$ by credit card Visa as of 11 January. I received an item from apexjewels.com of 28 February that does not match the seller's description. I ordered a ring with the width of 3.5 mm but I received a ring with the width of 2 mm. One stone in this ring was damaged. The price of the ring with the width of 2 mm is sufficiently lower than the ring with the width of 3.5 mm. I ordered this ring through official site of this seller.
I have sent this ring back to the address stated by the seller. According the tracking number, this ring was delivered to the seller by USPS.com as of the 10-th of February.
But the seller wrote to me: We are not yet still showing the receipt of the return. I still didnt receive the refund. I have copies of email conversation with this seller, payment receipt which confirms that I paid for the ring as of 11 january and tracking number to track that I sent by USPS post the ring to Apex J
