I'm sure I'm not the only one having hard time with this tool. I wanted a custom guitar. I paid this guy $1000 in full, so hecan make me this instrument. This was October. I evenwent to his shop in Covina CA, he moved to Hixon TN.
Long story short, I don't have a guitar and he won't even refund my payment. Very unprofessional business practice with dishonesty and thievery written all over it. I saved all his boguslying emails and I will use it against him soon. Be prepared to refund a hole...
