My situation was that I got the buy 2 get two free chips from safeway. And when the cashier was scanning my chips, I asked her were these chips buy 2 get 2 free, she said sure. But when i got my receipt, I found that she charged me all 4 chips and forgot to scan my yogurt. I went back to ask her, so she refund all the money for the 4 chips and told me went back to get the right one. And for the yogurt, she said it was her problem because I placed it in a corner she couldnt see, and I didnt mention it to her. So I got my chips and lined up again, when I was going to pay, I could not find my club card. So I paid all 4 chips again and another cashier told me i could go back tomorrow and get money back. So when i was going to leave, i found my club card was right on the cashier's (the one who refund all my money) station. I asked my card bac from her. And there were no apologies at all. What a terrible person.
And one thing i have to say is that I can not find costumer service at safeway's website.
