As a senior i am not computer literate so when an employee helps and is so caring and concerned about my problem citi card needs to know. Recently I had attempt fraud and the fraud dept was wonderful. When I went to pay my bill I was told to renew my info. I did not understand how to do it. When I called I got the fraud dept, but Joy, jg84305, took my call and she went further than just her job description. This employee is a keeper. Please thank her from Geri J Brooks
