Citi Group... Citi Cards asked her to write a letter stating that if she did not pick up her productivity, they had a right to terminate her... She refused...
They started sending her home with pay after they talked with her about resigning. Citi made her feel worthless until she finally quit. No one at Citi Group would fire her, not her supervisor or HR, but they made her job and others similar to hers very difficult.
