Ripoff

I have been paying off all of my credit cards with the help of a finance company. My account from this credit card was sent to a collection agency.

I contacted the credit card company and tried to make arrangements to pay off this card. The company had already sent my account to a collection agency in Missouri. Therefore, Citi Card would not work with me.

The finance company agreed to payoff my account with Citi Cards. The collection agency, located in Missour, harassed me for three weeks about this account. I was asked by the collection agency to postdate a check for the amount owed even tho I did not have the funds in my bank account. Not knowing exactly when the funds would be in my possesion, I did not want to commit fraud as asked by the collection company. Calls were made to my neighbors as well as threats of being suied.

Citi Card must approve of this type of behavior as they work with this company. Watch our for Citi Card.
