NobelCom been sending me advertisement of cheap calling cards for over a month. Finally I decided to try one to call to Odessa state, Ukraine. I purchased card Call Odessa. After I purchased card and they charged me additional $2 for processing transaction they send me PIN number and I immediately made a call to my family.
The connection was terrible. Every time I would say something I need wait couple seconds for my voice to reach destination, I would hear echo and sometimes the words I said will be lost somewhere between America and Odessa. Before they connected me they told I have 210 minutes to talk, but after 15 minutes of conversation I was disconnected and when I tried to call back I received message that I have only 140 minutes to talk. Even so I wasnt able to connect again.
When I call to support center they told me they cannot refund my money because card don't have full $20 balance and that I was charged extra because the phone number was outside of Odessa area. What a lie! I been using other companies before and never heard such pathetic excuse.
Before you buy their card consider this: they charge you more than twice of other companies' rate, and you will never have quality connection or any help from them.
