Tricks and lies to customers, will never refund for phone cards that do not work as they say they will, Their policy is deceptive

After purchasing a phone card ($22), I noticed that the voice was very muffled, making understanding anyone very difficult. The carrier drops frequently, forcing me to redial (another $0.89 connect fee), often parties hear echoes of their own voices. There is a 1-2 second delay between the time you say something and the other person hears it. All of this made using the card impossible. I called them requesting a refund, but they said they have "no refund policy". They said they would report it to tech support and they would get back to me. Here is the email I received back from them: - Dear (my name): We have reviewed PIN # and a credit of 3.56 has been issued for charges on your account that seem to have been applied possibly without making a connection. We have also forwarded the country called to a trouble list and are working on improving its connectivity. Sincerely, YourNobelCom Tech Team - This was their solution? I later tried again, and after being disconnected and having to call back, I called Nobelcom again, telling them of the outages. They said they wouldn't give me a refund (they wouldn't even credit me the $0.89 connect fee that I had to pay twice because the first call hung up). I stronly urge anyone to think twice before using Nobelcom. They may have the cheapest phone cards, but they aren't worth the headache. Their policy is deceptive. From their FAQ: "13. What is your return/exchange policy? NobelCom.com will be happy to exchange any unused phone card for a different phone card of equal value. "They said there was nothing I could do when I asked them. Their "Terms and Conditions" state: "Refunds will be offered in the form of exchanges or store-credit on all cards having a full balance, excluding discontinued products. $20 calling cards expire 90 days after first use unless otherwise stated. "I am totally disgusted this company, and I feel cheated and betrayed. MichaelIslip Terrace, New York
