The Gas Connection took 4 months to install my gas fireplace insert. They did not answer most of my calls. The installers were poorly trained, and they always sent a new person who did not know the history of the job.in the end, the connections leaked propane gas, and I had to have another company repair the leak.
They overcharged me for several items and would not adjust the bill. Gas Connection does not even acknowledge the long time it took to complete this installation, and does not apologize for any of its errors or omissions. I would recommend that you NOT do any business with this firm. Note also that the BBB refused to even post any complaints about this company because they were a member!
