I purchased a truck from Odessa Ford in Nov of '06 and after 50 days and lots of phone calls to them they had not givin me a title. Me and my husband had spoke to Nathan from there and he told us both that it was not his "problem" that we didnt get the title yet he sent it. He also refused to do anything. He said he would do this and that and call one of us back and nothing. Do Not Buy A Vehicle From ODESSA FORD. After having to call the DMV, odessa ford, the title person at odessa ford, and finally returning the truck they turned around and told the finance company we did a voluntary repo. Now my credit is all messed up. It is showing we still owe on the truck that its never been paid for. Odessa has its money they dont care. Now the icing on the cake is, I traded in my car and it took them almost 30 days after I traded it in for them to pay it off. They have not even tried to give me the money for my car back either. They are a rip off and I will NEVER do business with them again! Be carefull.
