Callingcardplus company, which provides any kind of calling phone cards service, didn't impress me with offered low card charges and even made me angry because of obvious facts of cheating from their side:
I decided to buy phone card to call from USA to Ukraine and have been offered to buy specific low rates cards which meets my interests. The Premium phone card had description that for 20$ I can get 512 min (3.91 c per. Min) to call from USA to Ukraine. When I dialed the number using the callingcarplus PIN, electronic voice said that I have 20$ and asked me to dial the number to make a call to Ukraine, and after I did that, electronic voice said that I have only 359 minutes on my account!!!??? I count the time of my conversation which was only 61 min. After I hung up, I decided to check how many minutes I have on the card, and electronic voice said that I have 208 minutes left. It means that some how 359 61 = 208. So, where did 90 minutes go? Are they lost somewhere in space? Another time, I called to my friend who lives in America and I have been told that I have 55 minutes on my card account.
Well, my friend didn't picked up the phone, so I left a message and hung up. Next day, when I was trying to call my American friend again, using a card, I found out that I am out of credit!!! So, it means that the previous day I spent my 55 minutes leaving her the message? It can't be truth.
I called to the service and told them that there are a lot of missing minutes during my calling and conversational process. I described my situation and told them that I want my minutes back ;otherwise, I am going to write a rip off report about this company. I have been promised that the problem would be fixed (if the problem took place). I wait for 30 minutes and tried to make a call again using the same card. Suddenly, I found out that I have 84 cents (that were equal 83 min.???) have been left on my card. I made a call to my American friend again, spent 1 min. 23 sec. Talking to her and hung up. Called back to hear how many minutes I have and found only 72 min. So, where did 12 minutes go? Also this cards rates promise no connection fees and only 0,39c for a week maintenance. Even having one card for two weeks can't possibly cost me 90 minutes disappearing mystery.
If any of you consumers decided to buy this card or even to use the callingcardplus service think twice before you do it.
