Phone saleswoman promised large discounts on printer ink and other products. Said I would get a $20.00 coupon good toward initial purchase. This was to offset the $19.95 intro charge. Coupon came with disclaimer that it was only good on "selected "items.in otherwords, worthless. Tried to contact them on phone several times and emailed them to cancel my trial offer, but you can't get them to respond.
Called my credit card co. And they charged the $19.95 back to them and blocked them from taking the $49.95 after the 30 day trial. I got my money back, but I don't want anyone else losing theirs!
