Will not respond on an order. Order is very late and i cannot contact these people. No telephone

I spent around 1000 dollars and ordered stuff from this site. I have a comfirmation stating 3-5 days delivery. It has been several weeks and no delivery. I can only contact thru email with no response from the except an automated reply that says the will reply. I threatened to contact the police and they still have not got back to me. Its time for better buisness beauro and police to be called
