I placed an order for paracord and accessories on November 3 11:17: 00 PM MDT. I still have the email. 3 days later I went to check on the status using my order number and was unable to log in. The site gave me a message stating my username information was not in the database. I emailed customer service and almost immediately got an automated reply. I attempted to contact the company again by email on the 17th of December and again got a different automated reply. I am in Afghanistan and calls cost me. I have read that they do not respond and I am not losing more money trying to make a call I feel will not be answered. Each attempt to contact them results in an automated message.
