I ordered an Ed Hardy top from runwayusa recently and the $89 was charged to my credit card.
I never received the goods and when i got suspicious I emailed them from the "contact us" link on the webpage and asked where my goods were and all i got was this reply:
Your order has already been sent and you should expect delivery soon.

I immediatley thought this must be an automated response so I asked for the tracking number and I have never had a reply. I dont think for a minute that i will receive my goods So i called my credit card company and cancelled my credit card to stop them taking any more money.
I now have to raise a dispute with the credit card co to get the $89/60 back.
I also tried contacting runwayusa from a different email address and yet again all i got was the automated reponse saying "your order has already been sent and you should expect delivery soon"...
It has shown up on my credit card statement as www.cheapabercrombie.com
and I believe this is all a scam too so be warned!
Be warned dont use www.runwayusa.co.uk or www.cheapabercrombie.com
