Ok so I have read over a handful of reports on this so called "business" Now its time to give my story. I ordered a costume with a few accessories early on october first. Got the email stating my "tracking number". So Im like cool, it will defintaly be here. I was getting it for a party me and my fiance are hosting on the 27th.
So then a few days later, on the fourth, it says they charged our credit card. Ok, so I go to check my order status, and the form was blank, didnt say anything. So I'm liek ok I understand maybe they are busy maybe its otu of stock.
So I wait another week and check back still nothing. So I write a nice email asking if they could tell me if my order will be here by the 27th. No response but sure got an automated response back. SO I wait about a week, no real response back from these people and still not shipped yet.
I write them again stating my irritation that they call this customer support and dont have a phone number and cant simply respond back to an email. They still dont respond, and it is now the 22nd, and the order form still blank and not shipped.
Still they havent written me either. Now first I find it odd that a "business" does not have a phone number. Now after reading all these peoples reports im just more angry and more frustrated and hope this places goes down, How can you be such unthoughtful, irresponsible, stupid people?!?! Do you realize how much money people are spending at your site, then you do this bulls* to them and then they want refunded? I dont know what you are trying to pull but its bs lady. I'm in criminal justice and my fiance is a police officer, and were not stupid what you are doing is unacceptable, it is fraud.
I'm not sure even one customer has even gotten anything from them. So, it being sunday and my party is on friday and still no costume, I am totally screwed because all halloween stores are out of good costumes. Whatever keep being ignorant and see how much business you lose.
I think it would be fair for some of us to still recieve our items purchased only half off, or more. I dont see what is so hard about responding to people. Maybe theyre busy. Cmon no one is that busy to where within a 22 day period you cant take 3 minutes to respond. No time to respond to emails then that time should be spent shipping our stuff.
So quickly they charge our credit cards but cant respond to emails or get our stuff sent out, on time, or even late, this is unacceptabley late! I will keep everyone posted on what comes out of this. I am not happy.
