I wish I had of seen your website prior to placing an internet based order on TVDVD World.
I placed an order with withem on the 1st of May after finally finding a TV series that my wife had been looking to purchase for many years, after placing the order I was told to expect my order withing 10-12 days.
A few days later I recieved an automated email from TVDVD World advising that my order was on back order and it would take 5-7 days.
I continued to get these automated emails until after the 7th day I decided to reply to them asking for a delivery date as it just kept prompting me with 5-7 days.
I have had no reply from this email address of which my first reply was sent on the 7th of May, I have sent a total of 7 emails with no response, other than that of the automated email advising me my back order will be 5-7 days.
It is hard enough trusting that business's will do the right thing when dealing with them face to face and handing over your hard earned cash, even harder when dealing with them over the internet.
I am now into my 21st day waiting for my order to arrive and based on what I have already read about this company on your website, I am just wasting my time. To date I have not noticed any funds taken from my credit card from this establishment.
After reading the comments on your website, I prompty went to the email link on the automated emails they send me to cancel my order, this link just goes to a blank screen.
Thank you very much for bringing this company and their fraudulent ways to my attention, I will be reluctant to deal anymore over the internet, especially if it is from another country.
