I ordered 1000 business cards on 24 February. No confirmation email was sent but the website displayed the order status, delivery date 2 March. The cost was priced in dollars which puzzled me as it is a co. Uk website. I queried this but received no response. I then tried to telephone them but there are no telephone details or address information on the website. Further emails were ignored. After I sent an angry email stating I suspected they were operating a scam, I received a reply and an apology for not replying due to technical problems. The delivery date passed with no receipt of the order. After further emails were sent I finally received a response stating the order would be despatched from Dundee on 13 March. I have still not received my order on 19 March. The order status on their website still states delivery due March. I have endeavoured to email them several times but have received no response. I have given them an ultimatum stating that if I do not hear from them by 19 March I will have to cancel the order, as I believe they will never send it. I have received no response. I have serious doubts whether they are a genuine company. I will contact my credit card company after 30 days to check them out. So far no money has been deducted. It has been a complete waste of time.
