Regis Salon Aka Smart Style Regis needs to get rid of a stylist there that can't do her job ORANGE CITY

In June I went to Smart Style Salon located in Wal-Mart (Orange City). The stylist (Brenda Davis) had quoted me 65.00 for cut and color and by the end, it was 125. OO and I had orange fried hair! She couldn't explain anything because I couldn't understand a word she said!

The area manager Josie offered to fix it for me two days after and she did no better. It was green and still as uneven as the first girl had left it. I now mourn for the loss of my hair as it was to the middle of my back and is now just below my ears. I did go in and see the area manager Josie? And request my money back, but with the check came a nasty little letter asking me to do business elsewhere. This is not a problem for me, as they use cheap haircolor full of ammonia and it fries your hair and we pay good money for this?

This particular stylist brenda davis is incompetent and has no business doing people's hair. Not to mention the area supervisor is a straight up unprofessional % and has no business managing anything.
