This stylist that is mentioned regarding her handicap and her incompetence in a few articles named brenda from veterens mem pkwy orange city should definately not be working in a salon. I went there last year and she cut my hair so bad i left crying. I had to buy a wig to wear for 4 months until i could get a decent amount of hair to do something with. I called corporate they did nothing about it. If they won't fire her send the girl back to school. I dont think that would do any good she has been doing hair for 15 yrs and she still cant cut hair. Another stylist told me that worked with her in the past how long she had been operating.
I should of sued that company but i didn't. Needless to say for the area supervisor josie or jo c to say they have never had a complaint made about her to corporate that is a big lie. I complained they did nothing. And i know alot of my friends and co-workers that have had bad experiences with her in the past 3 yrs. They wrote in to the corporation with the forms left in the salon about her they say they want to know how the salon is doing. But they do nothing, about this stylist. I went to the hair cuttery to get my hair fixed and the stylist there said they get many many complaints about that stylist brenda who works at smartstyle she is hard to miss the description so no one is mistaking her for anyone else. Regis get a grip! Whats wrong with you people why don't you respond to your customers?
