I recently received my telephone bill and wondered why it was over $100.00 since I don't have long distance on my phone.
I checked through the bill and saw that I was being billed for two called made to the United Kingdom at 2:34 am and 11:40 pm on July 9, totalling 25 minutes, and was being charged $51.24 for the calls.
I called USBI to ask what these charges were for and was told that they were made through the Internet. I told them I never went on the Internet to the United Kingdom, at any time, and I would not be paying these charges. They told me to complain to www.nationalone.com. What a scam!!!
Do people actually pay these? I shall alert the world.
