Regis salon in the St. Claire Square Mall is HORRIBLE! They are constantly chatting amongst themselves, not paying attention to what you want to do with your hair. There is one stylist there with really short hair whose name begins with an L (Laurie, Lindsey, something like that) who straight out does not know what she is doing. She would not listen to how I wanted my hair cut, screwed up my color, and was generally completely rude! (her breath smelled too, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me) I do not even know how she still has a job there. After messing my hair up, her manager Sherri (I believe that was her name) DEFENDED her, telling me the stylist was 'stressed out'. Ridiculous!
