We ordered a dress that was completely visible on the website for Prom and paid through paypal. The next day, edressesonsale said that they did have the dress in stock. We then politely asked for a refund as there was nothing else available that fit the Prom vision. Edressesonsale.com said that it would take 7 days for a refund and then evaporated and never responded to us again. It has been 4 weeks going on 5 with no remedy. They just took our money and ran.
