I ordered a dress for my daughter for prom. I told them the date I needed it by. As it was getting closer I heard nothing. I emailed them and they said they were working on it. The website says 'in stock.' Apparently to them that means they have the fabric in stock and attempt to tell you that they are making it. Luckily, I made the payment through PayPal and got my money back from them as it had been less than 45 days since the transaction. I would suggest to anyone that if they are close to the date the item is needed to go get something else and get your money back from PayPal if it has been less than 45 days. I realize that most people order more than 45 days before the event, but given that it was prom and it stated in stock, it never occurred to me it would take that long to send an in stock dress. I asked PayPal why they still do business with them, and they said because they have not gotten enough complaints.
