I placed an on-line purchase via paypal to edressesonsale.com. I canceled a few days later and was informed that I would receive an refund. That was 6 months ago and numerous emails to the customers service in which every time was ensure I would get my refund. I believe I have been scamemed out of my refund at this point as they are no longer responding to my emails.
