I ordered my prom dress last Thursday, they said they had the dress in stock. I got overnight shipping.
Monday rolls around... No emails, no dress. Nada. My mom called and they said they had it in stock and would ship it that day.
It's Tuesday. No dress. My mom called. The lady said "we're sorry but that dress is no longer in stock." EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WAS!
I can't find the dress anywhere now, and I don't know what to do.
They charged our credit card and everything!
Promgirl... Update your website more frequently before you mess up someone elses prom.
