Charges appeared on my checking account the were not authorized by myself or my husband and I did not pick up on these charges as I thought at first they were in some way related to my energy bill. Once I reviewed further months of my bank statment I realized it was some sort of theft protection service which we had not ordered. They then began to charge my account with another name call ID Theft Protection/Panama Card. The number I called listed for them was wrong so I than called the Synergy ID protect and the person I spoke to didn"t know if they had change the name but was willing to stop changing my account and to refund last months charge, I plan to go to my Bank after reading your what to report...
